Elizabeth Lang (She/Her) is the CEO and Lead Consultant at Diversity Focus. As the Lead Consultant, she works closely to help align company policies, procedures, and practices with global diversity, equity, and inclusion benchmarks. Elizabeth has a wealth of experience in diversity and inclusion. For the past fifteen years, she has worked across a range of roles in the human services sector, research, grassroots, and international advocacy and human rights.
Elizabeth has taught as a Sessional Academic at Curtin University on a range of multidisciplinary units since 2015. She is also the author of the upcoming book ‘Wired for Bias’ which explores the formation and impact of unconscious bias at individual and societal levels. In addition, Elizabeth enjoys facilitating learning environments that challenge participants to look within and engage in profound transformational learning experiences.
