We believe that advancing racial equity requires ongoing dialogue and education beyond formal institutions. As part of our community impact work, Diversity Focus periodically offers pro bono workshops and learning sessions to community groups and civil society organisations.
These sessions aim to raise awareness, build racial literacy and support community-led conversations about equity and inclusion.
