From Unconscious Bias to Conscious Inclusion
This workshop explores how different forms of bias develop and how they shape interactions, expectations and opportunities within education environments.
Through interactive activities, case studies and facilitated dialogue, participants examine how bias can influence decision-making, relationships and everyday practices involving students, educators and staff. The workshop supports participants to reflect critically on their own assumptions and develop greater awareness of how bias operates.
Participants leave with practical strategies to move from awareness to action, strengthening inclusive and culturally responsive practices within learning environments.
