My name is Elizabeth Lang (She/Her) the CEO and Lead Consultant at Diversity Focus. As the Lead Consultant, I work closely to help align company policies, procedures and practices with global diversity, equity and inclusion benchmarks.
I have a wealth of experience in diversity and inclusion and I have worked across a range of roles in the human services sector, research, grass roots and international advocacy and human rights for the past fifteen years.
I have taught as a Sessional Academic at Curtin University on a range of multidisciplinary units since 2015. She is also the author of the upcoming book ‘Wired for Bias’ which explores the formation and impact of unconscious bias at individual and societal levels.
I enjoy facilitating learning environments that challenge participants to look within and engage in deep transformational learning experiences.
